Our Story

ODISI was created by the Wilderness North Group of Companies, a family of aviation, tourism, and logistics businesses with deep experience connecting guests to remote destinations and managing arrivals as part of a broader hospitality experience. Our history shapes how we approach access, coordination, and guest care today

Plane Fan

In Canada, our group of companies includes:

a network of fly-in wilderness lodges and outposts

our dedicated floatplane operation serving remote northern regions

wheeled charter services operating from Nakina

Our aviation services center around the logistics of moving fuel in remote isolated environments

Our foundation shapes how ODISI operates today. We understand the realities of remote travel, from flight planning and safety to guest experience and supply chain coordination, because we have managed them firsthand.

Through Aman Air, we have extended this operational expertise into Indonesia, supporting island access through specialized fuel delivery and aviation logistics designed for resort environments.

ODISI builds on this experience by bringing together aviation operations, remote hospitality, and logistics into a single, guest-focused charter service. While the geography may change, our purpose remains consistent: connecting exceptional destinations with care, precision, and trust

From North to South

From North to South — The Journey That Shaped Us.

Our story is shaped by one belief: access defines experience.

In Canada’s far north, seaplanes have long been the only way to reach places untouched by roads. Flying across wild lakes and rivers taught us something fundamental — reliability isn’t a feature. It’s a promise. Every flight carries not just guests, but their expectations, anticipation, and trust.

That same understanding now continues in Indonesia. The landscapes may be tropical instead of boreal, but the purpose remains the same: connecting extraordinary places with care, precision, and respect for what comes next.

From northern wilderness to southern seas, ODISI reflects everything we’ve learned — arrival isn’t incidental. It sets the tone for the entire experience

Our Team

Meet the Team Behind ODISI

ODISI brings together a world-class team of aviation, hospitality, and logistics professionals — people who understand that precision and care are what transform travel into experience.

Our leadership draws from the Wilderness North Group of Companies — spanning flight operations, remote resorts, and aviation fuel logistics — and our growing Indonesian base through Aman Air.
Together, we represent decades of experience across continents, connecting northern wilderness lodges and tropical island destinations with the same commitment to excellence.
